ABOUT DR. P.

I am slightly quirky, incredibly compassionate, and it is important to me that you feel seen and accepted in my presence. I am passionate about strengthening relationships, enhancing sexuality, psychedelic healing, and honoring neurodivergence. My therapeutic style is integrative in nature, incorporating psychodynamic, humanistic, interpersonal, narrative, somatic, psychodrama, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based techniques. My approach to therapy is genuine, non-judgmental, no-bullshit (in a loving way), and collaborative. It is my hope that you feel safe and comfortable enough to be your true and authentic self in my presence. While therapy is a journey of great importance, I like to make space for humor in the process.

I believe in the rights of every human being to reach their full potential and welcome clients of all religions, ethnicities, gender/sexual/relational identities and cultural experiences.

I am an artist, coffee-roasting, plant-eating, documentary and podcast-loving, voracious reader, stand-up comedy enthusiast, and struggling knitter with an offbeat sense of style and humor. I am also a traveler who is often galavanting across the country and the world to both experience the great unknown and to work with clients. I believe that life is "perfectly imperfect" and despite my own tendencies towards perfectionism, I find that I can actually enjoy the messiness of it all. From the time I was a little girl I stepped to the beat of my own drum and I look forward to helping you do the same.
