Sex Therapist

I am somewhat quirky, incredibly compassionate, and guarantee that you will always feel seen and heard in my office.  My therapeutic style is integrative in nature, incorporating psychodynamic, interpersonal, narrative, somatic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based techniques.  My approach to therapy is genuine, non-judgmental, and collaborative.  It is my hope that you feel safe and comfortable enough to be your true and authentic self in my presence. While therapy is a journey of great importance, I like to make space for humor in the process.

I am an artist, traveler, bike-riding, tea-drinking, documentary-lover, voracious reader, with an offbeat sense of style and humor.  I believe that life is "perfectly imperfect" and despite my own tendencies towards perfectionism, I find that I can actually enjoy the messiness of it all.  From the time I was a little girl I stepped to the beat of my own drum and I look forward to helping you do the same.
